Multiple Teams · Stu Reeder Memorial Scholarship

This is a great Scholarship Opportunity for graduating student-athletes. The Stu Reeder Memorial Scholarship Application is Due April 13th.

Stu Reeder’s life mission was to be an educator. In his 40+ years as in education, he served as a Teacher, Baseball Coach and High School Principal. His last 15 years were spent in the Hacienda La Puente Unified School District as Principal of both La Puente High School and Wilson High School. He valued the “whole student”; a young man/woman who excelled in the classroom, the athletic field, and as a citizen of his/her community! He believed deeply in the value of education as well as the transformative power of athletics on the human body and spirit. Stu dedicated his energy to help the “underdog”; the student who, through struggles and difficulties, had overcome and proved his/her commitment to education and athletics. This scholarship is for students who embody these qualities.
