The pandemic cut short the Spring 2020 season and the 2020-21 Water Polo season was on the verge of falling victim to it as well, but the Conquerors were able to salvage a weeks worth of games. The Boys and Girls Water Polo programs started conditioning in the Fall of 2020 in hopes of having a season. In December and January, things were not looking good but in February the teams were given clearance to resume training and then with 2 weeks left in the CIF calendar, they were approved to compete and play games. The teams scheduled games and immediately got to work prepping for competition.
Games against Hacienda League foes Diamond Bar and Walnut were scheduled in addition to Cal High and Arcadia. Both teams finished the week going 2-2. While the situation was far from ideal and nothing close to a real season, it was a victory to be able to get into the pool and compete.
